2025: Risks = Rewards

Take Risks to Raise Your Vibration

2025 is about taking risks, exercising your vigor for life, and having an all-in attitude. Knowing all experiences are valuable, and that moments are filled with opportunities, we raise our vibrations. When we recognize the shadow that is cast, we can self-reflect and process the energy by seeing our part of its creation and letting it go. This creates space for new experiences to unfold.

Reading whole energy in the best effort with your awareness in conscious connection takes the form out of the moment.

Be Optimistic

Practice self-love through forgiveness and throw self-deprecation out the window: the lower frequencies of blame and shame. Forgive yourself, forgive the other, and move forward with conscious action. Conscious of how we are at the moment. Dare to take accountability, create new space, and elevate from the energy that no longer serves us.

We are brave enough to fail. Brave enough to know NO means next opportunity.

Master of Presence

Become a master of presence. A good place to start is to practice letting go of other people’s opinions, fear of failure, the need to control others, and the idea of being normal. . .

Incorporate Meditative Practices

There is a wide range of meditative practices. The idea is to create a space to center, breathe, observe, and release. This allows thoughts and feelings to be recognized and let go of.

Practice Intuitive Response

Calmness and clarity: Feels like a quiet knowing, often described as a “gut feeling” with minimal internal conflict. 

Body Sensations: May manifest as a warm feeling in the chest, relaxed breathing, or a sense of openness. Notice if your body feels tense, constricted, or relaxed when considering a decision. 

Alignment with values: Feels congruent with your deeper values and sense of purpose. 

Unattached to Outcome: Not overly concerned with the result, trusting that the right decision will unfold. 

Sudden Insights: This may come as a flash of understanding without rationalization. Not made by the mind. 

Goals without Expectation

Setting goals without expectation can cultivate a more relaxed and open-minded approach to personal and professional growth.​

Focus on the Process: Emphasize the actions and steps to reach your goals rather than fixating on the end result. This can help you enjoy the journey and learn from experiences.

Practice Non-Attachment: Cultivate a sense of detachment from your goals. This means recognizing that while you may have objectives, the satisfaction lies in the effort and experiences rather than attaining those objectives.

Embrace Flexibility: Be open to altering your goals or redefining what success looks like for you. Adaptability can lead to new opportunities you may not have initially considered as circumstances change.

This approach encourages a growth mindset, focusing on development rather than merely achieving predefined targets. By letting go of expectations, you can foster creativity, resilience, and a more fulfilling engagement with your ambitions / desires. Instead of measuring success by achievement alone, you begin to appreciate the skills, insights, and connections gained throughout the process, as all experience is valuable.

Pause and reflect

This energetic year is about standing in your light and rising for yourself. Dare to upgrade! May we see ourselves so we may rise together with well-meaning / being for the whole.
